Ultimate Choice package is the NUMBER ONE choice for superior health insurance cover. Ultimate Choice is designed for members wanting Total Care Hospital cover (with no excess), combined with the highest and most comprehensive level of general (extras) cover available. Ultimate Choice also offers extended cover for single dependents on their parent’s membership until the age of 21, and full time student dependents up to age 25.

Easy Choice package offers you the security of Total Care Hospital cover (with an excess), combined with a selected range of general (extras) cover with generous annual limits. Easy Choice also offers extended cover for single dependents on their parent’s membership until the age of 21, and full time student dependents up to age 25.

Active Choice package offers you the security of medium private hospital cover, (with some services restricted or excluded and an excess) combined with a selected range of general treatments with generous annual limits. Active Choice offers extended cover for single dependents on their parent’s membership until the age of 21, and full-time student dependents up to age 25.

Young Choice package offers you basic hospital cover, (with some services restricted or excluded and an excess) combined with a selected range of general treatments.

Total Care Hospital cover provides 100% cover for accommodation and theatre fees in a public or contracted private hospital.

Direct Debit - you can save 2.5% on your premium when paying by direct debit from either your bank or credit card account. Fortnightly payment frequency is not available when you elect direct debit from a credit card account. Please note: credit card payments incur a surcharge of 1% from 1 July 2010.
Federal Government Rebate - should any persons on this cover be 65 years or over, you may be eligible for a higher level of Federal Government Rebate. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 1300 360 701 to obtain your actual premium.
