Rob Seljak

Position Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities

Rob Seljak was appointed as CEO of TUH in May 2005. Prior to that he held various Senior Executive positions in NSW and Queensland over 15 years, including as General Manager, Insurance for WorkCover Authority NSW and General Manager, Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. He is a Graduate Member of the AICD, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and has the following academic degrees: M.Bus, LLB and BA. The CEO has overall accountability for TUH and is responsible for the delivery of the Board's strategic direction and priorities. The CEO is responsible for providing leadership to the organisation to ensure its strategic objectives are met.

 

Sarah Morris

Position Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Responsibilities Sarah Morris joined TUH in September 2006. Prior to this she has held senior and executive positions with several organisations, and is a chartered accountant and chartered secretary. Sarah’s post graduate studies include graduate certificates in Management, Finance, Investment, Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Practice. She is on the board of Chartered Secretaries Australia. Sarah's position leads and manages the Corporate Services division in the provision of core corporate and administrative services to TUH.
 

David Boucher

Position Executive Manager – Health Care Services
Responsibilities David Boucher joined TUH in March 2005 and was appointed to his current position in October 2005. David has a background in general dental practice in which he has managed both private and public multi-chair practices and area health service dental services. He was a Dental Adviser to the State Government. He holds an M.B.A., B.D.Sc, B.Bus (Health Administration) and is a Graduate member of the AICD. David's position leads and manages the provision of TUH Health Care Services for members and customers at the TUH Fortitude Valley Health Care Centre and our preferred provider network.
 

Cathy McGuane

Position Executive Manager – Marketing and Business Development
Responsibilities Cathy McGuane joined TUH in October 2007. Prior to this Cathy was Client Relationship Manager for Queensland for HESTA Superannuation Fund. Cathy established the branch for HESTA in Queensland and oversaw the Marketing, Business Development, and Relationship management for the State. She holds a Diploma Financial Planning and is a Graduate member of AICD. Cathy's position leads and manages the marketing and business development function of the organisation. The primary purpose of the position is to achieve membership growth and realise business development opportunities for TUH through establishing marketing and business development initiatives, developing an innovative business growth model and engaging with our strategic partners. 
 

Greg Rheinberger

Position Executive Manager – Health Fund Strategy
Responsibilities Greg joined TUH in March 2008. For the past 11 years, Greg has held various senior positions at Australian Health Management (ahm), including Deputy CEO, General Manager Health Insurance/Member Services, Manager Operations and Human Resources, and Manager Human Resources. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and is a Graduate of the AICD. Greg's position leads and manages the provision of TUH Health Insurance products and services specifically in the areas of health fund policy & strategy, product/service development, membership interface, claims processing and claims management.
