Member Services Online

 

Who can register?

  • Only the primary member in whose name the membership is held can register
  • You will need:
    • Your membership number which is on your membership card (maximum 8 numbers)
    • A password – either a four-digit numeric or 6-20 alphanumeric password
    • The password is case sensitive and there can only be one password per membership

Please note:

  • Registration will be confirmed by email to the primary member before you can access your membership. Please allow 2 business days for this to be processed
  • Once you receive confirmation you will be able to access your membership from the Login button

  • Make Credit Card payments - membership contributions only (please note that you cannot pay for services received at the Health Care Centre)
  • Calculate premiums
