On 30 June 2009, Dawson Petie will step down from the TUH Board. In accordance with the Constitution, the Board appointed Charmaine Twomey as an independent director to commence on 1 July 2009. Ms Twomey has a Bachelor of Commerce and extensive experience in the financial services and investment industries. Her skills in these industries will bring considerable value to the Board at a time when the global investment environment is particularly challenging. Ms Twomey is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. The Board is expected to appoint an independent Chairman at the July meeting.
